1. A Strong Desire To Be Apart Of A Therapy Team
- This is the whole reason you’re seeing this invitation! Counseling is a difficult art, and is not meant to be practiced alone. We want to be apart of a team, so that we can be healthy ourselves and make it the long haul. Also, we want to provide the highest quality counseling to our clients, and we think that happens best with therapists collaborating together as a team.

2. A Person that is LPC or LCSW or LPC-A, Living In The State of South Carolina
- There are many folks who have the gift of counsel, but our Hopetown team members will all be Licensed Professionals

3. A Christian-faith
- We understand this looks different for every Christian, and there is a wide spectrum for real faith. So we have no assumption that this is a “perfect” faith, and it may involve doubts and questions, but that you are a person that is fighting the good fight trying to live in and follow the love of Christ. We work with all kinds of people, but many of our clients profess a Christian faith, so we think it’s important to have therapists that share this with their clients and can counsel from this world view.
